Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
What precautions are you taking for the COVID-19 pandemic?

Our employees are required to wear face masks and gloves upon entering customers homes. We also make sure that each employee is healthy before they go to work.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do your wash windows?

For additional charge we do wash windows upon request.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
